I blogged earlier about a case called The Layoff on the current Harvard Business Review, where I was one of the invited commentators.  HBR has a weird system now where authors get to "give away" 25 PDF's of their articles. I downloaded two, although I did have some  weird problems where it appeared on Notepad rather PDF.  I thought the best thing to do was to simply offer the remaining 23 copies to readers of Work Matters.
