As I noted here last week, I posted a list of of 12 Things that Good Bosses Believe on the Harvard Business Review site last week. I am going to write posts about each of these themes over the coming weeks (some of which will be familiar themes if you read this blog regularly). The list generated about 40 comments and I see that it is currently number #1 of their most read on their landing page.
