The problem with that test is, the answers are really obvious (would anyone deliberately pick “You enjoy lobbing “innocent” comments into meetings that serve no purpose other than to humiliate or cause discomfort to the person on the receiving end”?), or are the sort of thing that a true asshole would never notice, ie “You have the feeling that people are always very careful about what they say around you”.
I realise this is just a fun toy to promote the book, but I wonder if a more subtle version couldn’t be valuable for that very special manager… -
